What do people call a bread which looks like this?

With enormous thanks for the dedicated investigations of Dr Laurel MacKenzie, George Bailey and others at the University of Manchester, we can say that, in 2013, that bread product is called, in the UK, roll (36%), bap (18%), bun (16%), barm (14%), muffin (5%), cob (5%), teacake (5%) and batch (1%)
