Needham Market Stuffing
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 cup suet, grated
2 oz ham, finerly chopped
2 onions, finely chopped
4 eggs
1 lemon, juice and grated rind
pinch of nutmeg
sprig of parsley and of marjoram
