Poacher's Pie

A game and vegetable pie. Typically rabbit, carrot and potato under a single crust.

'Poachers Pie' was the title of a reminiscence by Fred Archer, the farming author from the village of Ashton-Under-Hill, in the Vale of Evesham, in Worcesterhsire, recollecting his area in the years between the wars.
