A pasteurised cow's milk cheese formed into wheels wrapped in nettle leaves, or, more recently, wild garlic leaves. Off-white, slightly green-grey, creamy under the rind, slightly crumbly in the centre. Made by Lynher Dairies Cheese Co Ltd, Ponsanooth, Truro, Cornwall. Developed by Alan and Jenny Gray, 'Yarg' is the word 'gray' backwards.
